Who this is for

For coaches and practitioners who recognise that meaningful transformation begins within. Those seeking to deepen their spiritual understanding, strengthen their inner resilience and bring greater energetic awareness and coherence into their personal lives and professional practice.

The transformation

Develop the inner foundation to remain grounded, clear and resilient in a rapidly changing world. Learn practical tools for energetic cleansing, self-regulation, expanding awareness and cultivating inner coherence. Deepen your own transformation while gaining practices you can share with clients to support their personal growth and resilience.

Lineage and learning

Rooted in energetic practices cultivated by yogis over thousands of years, this pathway draws on teachings personally passed down to Mikhaël by a realised spiritual teacher. These practices bring together experiential wisdom, energetic cultivation and spiritual understanding. Rather than knowledge alone, they offer a living practice: tools to experience, embody and eventually share with others.

What you practise

  • Explore the bigger picture: interconnectedness, seen and unseen experience, reciprocity and responsibility.

  • Recognise conditioning, projection and the stories shaping your perceptions.

  • Learn guided grounding, breath, attention and energetic cleansing rituals as spiritual self-practices.

  • Explore energetic expansion, centring, and personal replenishment through experiential exercises.

  • Practise sharing suitable exercises with clients using clear language and professional boundaries.

A moment in practice

You finish a difficult client session feeling depleted and caught in the client’s story. Instead of pushing through, you use a short centring and energetic-cleansing ritual as a personally meaningful reset. Later, with a willing client, you guide an optional grounding exercise without needing to present spiritual interpretations.
