Mikhaël Akasha works at the intersection of human transformation and systemic innovation, weaving together insights that drive meaningful change. As Innovation Lead and Lecturer at the executive education arm of Maastricht University School of Business & Economics, he guides students, executives and MBA cohorts in re-imagining how organisations can evolve with integrity, resilience, and purpose. The Sustainable Business and Future-Proof Business Model programme he leads has received global recognition being ranked among the Top 3 worldwide and #1 in Europe by Corporate Knights in 2025.

Since 1997, Mikhaël has worked as a problem solver for Fortune 500 companies. He has led diverse, multidisciplinary teams and co-created world-class, high-impact innovations, including first-of-their-kind solutions. In leadership roles, he supported the global evolution of P&G across more than 180 territories and delivered pioneering projects for iconic brands such as Eurostar, Agnès b, Evian, France Telecom, Coca-Cola, and Sympany Foundation.
