How & When
The Honest Label programs run in curated cycles throughout the year, each designed to create deep engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and meaningful transformation.
We run two to three programs per year, each focused on a key industry—fashion, food, or construction. Programs unfold over multiple stages, blending online and in-person experiences:
Discovery Phase: Foundations of the challenge, shared context, and personal alignment
Immersive Lab: Multi-day, in-person co-creation space for systems thinking, prototyping, and regenerative design
Regenerative Sprint: Rapid testing and iteration of ideas with real-world inputs
Reflection & Integration: Inner work meets outer action, shaping pathways for continued impact
